Chinese participants may need to apply for a visa before arriving to Brazil, please check with Embassy of Brazil in Beijing, Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai, or Consulate General of Brazil in Guangzhou or Consulate General of Brazil in Hong Kong and Macau for more informations. The Conference Secretary will provide the invitation letters to participants for BCSciComp2013 if necessary.
